無所属の有志が立ち上げたボランティア活動です。AKBグループに対して、ならびに秋元康さんが理事に就任する2020年東京オリンピックに対してのボイコットを基本として『AKB48グループ(山口真帆さん含)のオリンピック開会式参加とAKBグループ体質の根本改善』を最終目標に掲げています。下記のロードマップ（随時更新）通りにやるべきことをやっていきます。

Maho Yamaguchi, a member of Japanese girls group NGT48 posted these tweets on her official Twitter while she had temporarily been setting her account as “private” on 8 of January 2019. Some of them were deleted short after their posting. Earlier in the same day in advance of these tweets, she posted selfie video to Showroom(link) in which she claimed that she had been suffering from something. Although, suddenly, it was banned while her statement was still ongoing.

2019年1月8日、NGT48所属メンバーの山口真帆さんは彼女の公式ツイッターにて、一時的に鍵アカウントに設定した上でこれらのツイートを投稿しました。これらの投稿のうちいくつかはすぐに削除されてしまいました。同じ日に彼女のこれらの投稿に先駆けて、彼女はShowroomに山口さん自身で撮影されたストリーミング動画を投稿しており、彼女はその動画の中で何かに苦しんでいるというメッセージを送りましたが、メッセージの途中で動画は遮断されてしまったのです。

1. “I’m sorry that I couldn’t attend the last handshake party that you were looking forward. I’m too feeling frustration about this situation that I cannot laugh joyfully nor behave as your idol as it used to be. I am also sorry for making you worry. My physical condition is okay. I have lost 4 kg in 2 weeks but it is stress. It is not anorexia nervosa. If you had such a thing, you too surely lose weight so it’s okay.”

2. “I do not want to say this. I do not want to bother people for whom I’m indebted. I do not want you to hate NGT, so I kept silent for the past month. I asked them not to disclose the fact in the news that this incident was took placed in NGT. Because this group was important for me too. And I trusted them that they will deal with everything and dispose those members and criminals.”

A hand came in when I confirmed that there was nobody in the corridor and tried to close the door as soon as I entered the room. I was broken open. I got caught my face and about to be pushed down. I tried desperately to try him out because I thought I could be killed if I lost. So I definitely could not lose, and when I thought I could drive that guy away anyhow, then another guy came out from the opposite room, the room where one of our members lived. The second man grabbed my face and tried to push me down in the same way the first man did. I tried to shout out “help!” but I was so scared that my voice didn’t came out. After trying for a minute I finally got a voice, and I shouted “Help, help!”. The man closed my mouth. I thought that I would locked in the room and killed. When the elevator sounded and the guy’s attention were took away, I got out of my room because I didn’t know what’s gonna happens if I was going to be locked in my room. So I went out that moment to corridor with them. I couldn’t run because I was too scared to stand with my legs. When I tried to call the police my phone was taken away by them.”

9. “(Deleted)I want to think that all of this was a lie, but it’s not. Finally I managed to asking for help from a member whom I trust. She also heard the testimony from that guys until the police arrived. She also cried with me hearing the names of our members in that statement. At that time there was also one of our stuff with us. I hate this situation that ones who is working seriously can’t operate securely and safely.”

10. “(Deleted)We have already informed the police. It was confirmed to be truth that some of our members were related to this incident. The guys assaulted me was already released now after once arrested that time.”

But the reason why had not being reported on this case is just because I asked them not to disclose the fact that I’m a member of NGT48. I hide that information because I don’t want to hurt a reputation of NGT48 which has many of very gentle fans, due to a very few of those exceptions. As a victim, I was also afraid that NGT48 got a negative image from this incident. I asked them to describe me just as “a self-employed 23 years old woman” about this case.

2 days after these tweets, Ms. Yamaguchi apologized on a stage at the beginning of the performance for disturbing her fans by these tweets. Nothing of the details of this prosecution were touched in this statement. Since then we can no longer know her activity until now.

…So, why then we are decided to boycott next olympic #Tokyo2020 which is going to be held next year?

これらのツイート2日後の、山口さんは公演で謝罪の言葉を述べましたが、この告発について詳しいことは何も触れられませんでした。それ以降我々は彼女の動向を知ることはできません。

それでなぜ#Tokyo2020をボイコットするのでしょう？

 

Yasushi Akimoto, the founder and song writer of AKB48 group which includes NGT48, is a board member of #Tokyo2020 (Official hashtag of Tokyo Olympic that is held in 2020). While this case has not been disclosed it’s details at all, and while it is suspected that under opaque contracts between the group and members many girls including Ms. Yamaguchi are still exposed to a dangerous environment, AKB48 is going to perform there show at the opening ceremony of this Olympic. And sincerely we don’t like that.

秋元康さんはAKB48グループの創設者であり楽曲提供者でもあります。彼は#Tokyo2020の理事に就任しています。この事件が未だ明らかにされていない現在、山口真帆さんを含む多数のメンバーが不透明な契約のもと危険な環境にさらされている疑いがあります。そんな中、AKB48はこのオリンピックの開会式で公演を行おうとしているのです。我々は誠にそれが気に入りません。

Yes, you are right about your decision that if one is not fit for a particular environment, one should quit and pass aside. But this case is a little bit complicated. It seems that the business AKB group running is deeply connected with silly desire of the particular type of a man who wants to be a big customer by purchasing many of a same CD which includes a voting paper for a member whom he likes at the popularity vote. By winning a good rank in the popularity vote, she can be famous, been appointed as an actress in TV commercial, as a cover girl of some magazines, etc. The quality itself of these songs? At least for me none of their works I ever heard were never necessary for my life…
Anyway AKB group has grown big rapidly now that one can see their faces every day everywhere. Thus, somewhat unaesthetic situation is happening in this country. Did Yamaguchi ever been standing wrong place that she shouldn’t be? Or didn’t we know where to put a candle on? Definitely it’s not under the bed where it is not the right place for the light.

もし誰かが今いる環境に適応できない場合、辞めて立ち去れば良いという考え方には一理あります。しかしこの件は多少複雑です。どうもAKB48グループのビジネスとは、ある特定のタイプの男性の「同じCDを何枚も買うことにたくさんお金を使って、好きな女の子の太客になりたい」という馬鹿げた考えと深いつながりを持っているようなのです。CDには投票用紙がついており、総選挙でたくさんの票を勝ち取った女の子は有名になることができ、テレビコマーシャルに起用されたり、雑誌の表紙になれたり等します。彼らの楽曲自体の質はどうでしょうか。少なくとも私の人生にどうしても必要だったと言えるような作品ありませんでした。
とにかくAKBグループは急激に成長し、今や彼女達の顔はいたるところに見られます。然して、何らか非美学的な状況がこの国で繰り広げられているのです。山口さんは間違った場所にいたのでしょうか？ それとも私たちは燭台をどこに置くべきか知らないのでしょうか？ ベッドの下が光明のためにふさわしい場所では無いことは当然です。

Although a press conference was held out by AKS Co., Ltd. on 14th of January after Ms. Yamaguchi’s prosecution, nothing was revealed which clearify this incident except which is in discord with Yamaguchi‘s tweets. So, personally I sent a petition below to Akimoto asking for reformation of this group. Although, they didn’t answered. Here’s an original letter of the petition which I’ve sent:

1月14日に運営会社AKSにより記者会見が執り行われましたが、山口さんの上のツイートと食い違う説明しかなされませんでした。なので私は個人的に秋元康さんに請願書を送りましたが、返信はありませんでした。請願書の原文は次の通りです。

Petition to Yasushi Akimoto (posted on January 28, 2019)
Firstly, as one of a volunteer who is aiming for the reform of the AKB group, I like Ms. Maho Yamaguchi who is a member of NGT 48. I’m heartily expecting that you, Mr. Akimoto also likes her too. But if you are not so, it is useless to read ahead from here. I am sorry but it is clearly stated that it is not the case we can work with.
Well anyway, we all feel a heartbreak to Ms.Yamaguchi ‘s suffering of this assault case, and also to feel the desire to work harder for a healthier activity of members belonging to the AKB48 group including NGT48 to which Ms. Yamaguchi belongs. Although it is still a request from private affair, I ask for an urgent press conference by you, Mr. Yasushi Akimoto and the former NGT48 manager Mr. Etsuro Imamura.
At this press conference, please respond to the following five items.
1. First of all, concerning Ms. Yamaguchi’s assault case this time, if there was not 100% sufficient treatment for her on the management side, please give her a word for apologize.
2. Please manage strictly the private connection between all AKB48 group members and fans by the management side by canceling the contract etc.
3. Please consider deleting if there is a clause that prohibits free side jobs in the contract contents of employment between AKS Co., Ltd. and AKB48 group members. However, I am in agreement that warning attention will be thrown to those members who are too carelessly open as regards their necessarily side jobs.
4. We ask for the introduction of a transparent and fair election system for the popularity vote events of the AKB48 group. In the opening ceremony of the Olympics, please give the whole members of the AKB48 group including Ms.Yamaguchi a chance to participate in the Olympic opening ceremony.
5. Please answer whether you have an intention to strictly adhere to one vote for one person. Confirmation documents to home by posting at the new system election or the like, introduction of blockchain technology, etc.
I request for an answer for this proposal within a month to reply directly to the sender of this document or to conduct this press conference through the media. Let’s work hard together for the healthy future of the AKB48 group.

私AKB48グループの改革を目指す有志の一名は、まずもってNGT48所属メンバー山口真帆さんのことが好きです。秋山さんも山口さんのことが好きかと存じますが、もしそうでないならここから先を読んでいただくことは無用でございます。残念ですがはっきり申しましてそれではお話になりません。
さて我々は皆、山口真帆さんの暴行被害告発に心を痛め、また山口さんの所属するNGT48含むAKB48グループの所属メンバーのより健全なアイドル活動のため尽力したいという気持ちを同じくするものです。そこで私情からのお願いではありますが、秋元康さんならびに元NGT48支配人の今村悦朗さんの早急な記者会見を求めます。
本記者会見において、次の５つの項目にご回答を願います。
1. まず今回のNGT48山口真帆さんの暴行被害騒動について、運営側の騒動への対応に山口さんの心情に対して配慮の至らなかった点、またこのような事件を防止するための運営として十分な体制が整っていなかった点がありましたら、一言山口さんに謝罪の言葉をお願いいたします。
2. 全AKB48グループメンバーとファンの間でのプライベートな繋がりを、運営側が契約解除などにより厳しく管理してください。
3. AKSとNGT48含むAKB48グループメンバー間の契約内容に自由な副業を実質的に禁止する条項が盛り込まれているなら削除の検討をお願いいたします。しかし表立っての副業については運営としてしっかりと注意なされるのは賛成いたします。
4. AKB48グループの選挙イベントに透明かつ公正な選挙方式の導入をお願い申し上げます。またオリンピック開会式において山口さん含むAKB48グループ全体のメンバーにオリンピック開会式参加のチャンスを与えてください。
5. 新方式の総選挙において自宅への本人確認書類郵送などによる厳正な本人確認やブロックチェーン技術の導入、一人一票の厳守を徹底する意思があるかどうか、ご回答ください。
本誓願書を提出しました１月２８日からひと月を目途に、この書類の送信者への直接の返信、もしくはメディアを通しての本記者会見の実施をお願い申し上げます。ともにAKB48グループの健やかな未来のためともに頑張りましょう。

Thus we have sent letters to Akimoto asking them for a press conference for a reformation of this group after Ms. Yamaguchi’s incident. As I already wrote above, he never answered us…so what shall we do now?

…Nothing. Actually I’m seriously suspecting that they are now just trying to let things go just because they have no idea for what they should do about this situation. As long as they are involved in Olympic while these petitions are not fulfilled completely, we do not watch their games on TV nor support their good players. Also we are going to avoid those respectable sponsors if Akimoto, the boss of the AKB group should not appear on a press conference and fulfil our petitions. Let us just boycott and reject Akimoto and AKB48 from #Tokyo2020 Olympic! Let us be on our guard for divine festival for the grand Greek gods!

『(メモ帳アプリのスクショ)私は普段から警戒心が強く、家に入る時、部屋に入る時も細心の注意を払って行動してました。その日も廊下に誰もいないことを確認して部屋に入りすぐドアを閉めようとしたら手が出てきました。そこからこじ開けられました。それから顔を捕まれ押し倒されそうになりました。必死に追い出そうとしました。負けたら殺されると思ったから絶対に負けちゃいけないと思い、もう少しでその男を追い出せそうでした。そしたら、違う男が向かいの部屋から出てきました。その部屋は違うメンバーが住んでた部屋でした。男は最初の男と代わって私の顔を掴み、同じように押し倒そうとしてきました。助けてと叫ぼうとしたけど、怖くて声が出ませんでした。叫ぼうとして1分くらいしてやっと声が出ました。「たすけてたすけて」と叫びました。男は私の口を塞ぎました。そのまま家に閉じ込められて殺されるかと思いました。途中エレベーターの音が鳴り相手の注意がそれたときに、このまま家に入られたら閉じ込められて何をされるか分からないと思ったので、自分ごと廊下に出ました。だけど怖くて足がすくんで逃げられませんでした。警察に通報しようとしたら携帯を取られました。』

「全部嘘だと思いたいけど真実です。襲われたとき信じられるメンバーに助けを求めました。その子も警察が来るまで犯人の証言を聞いたし、スタッフさんもいました。犯人から次々出てくるメンバーの名前にその子も泣いていました。もう真面目に頑張ってる子が安心して安全に活動できなくなるのは嫌」

「警察にはもう通報してあります。メンバーが関わってるのも事実でした。犯人も暴行罪で逮捕されましたが もう釈放されてしまいました。」

「嘘だと疑うなら疑ってもらっても構わないです。報道されないのもngt、アイドルということを隠したからです。ngtのファンには優しい人がいっぱいなのに一部のせいで悪く思われたくないし襲われた側でもngtというグループに良いイメージはつかないと思って私が頼みました。23歳自営業で発表して貰いました」

2. 2019年1月8日配信分Showroom動画(現在削除済み)

現在合法的な手段でこの動画を観覧する手段は限られます。その理由は、利用規約(https://www.showroom-live.com/static/pc/terms.html?t=1472008586)によってShowroom配信された動画については他サイトへの転載が禁止されているためです。現在も動画配信サイトなどでアップロードされているのを見かけますが、基本的には違法配信だと思いますので、ダウンロードは推奨できません。

私は本動画を観覧する機会がありましたが、山口さんの発言の趣旨は以下の通りです。間違いないはずですが、これも大丈夫。消すほうが悪いのです。

・怖い目にあったが山口真帆さんと運営会社との間の約束が果たされず、また一か月待っても何も対処されなかったため、この動画内での事件告発に至った
・山口さんからファンにモバメが何も送れない
・(NGT48メンバーの)個人情報がバレ(漏洩し)ている。※()内は筆者推測

3. 運営会社AKSの事件情報非公開

2019年1月14日にこの事件に関して運営会社AKSは公の場で謝罪会見を行なっています。会見においてAKSは事件当時のNGT48最高責任者今村悦郎氏の人事異動と当暴行事件についての経緯の説明を行いました。しかし上記の被害告発TweetとShowroom発言と食い違う説明のため、当ブログはこの会見におけるAKSの事件説明を一切信用しないものとします。

AKSの記者会見については多数ネットにアップされているようですが、見る価値はないと思われます。著作権については知りません。

 

我々は我々の活動の根拠を上記に挙げた事実に置くものとします。

#山口真帆 さんの『また劇場に立ちたいなんて言ってないです』モバメについて

この記事をどうとらえるべきか困惑しました。
しかしながら前提として、現状モバメを含むAKSを通したすべての情報について鵜呑みにできないことを踏まえたうえで、我々は山口真帆さんのこれまで発信してきた彼女自身の意思を第一に考慮した活動を行いたいと考えております。

したがいまして、

  1. 山口真帆さんがNGT48に所属している限りは、トップ記事にあります基本方針『AKB48グループ(山口真帆さん含)のオリンピック開会式参加とAKBグループ体質の根本改善』を変更しないものとします。
  2. 山口真帆さんの意思の推移に関しては以後、メディアにおいての山口さんご本人の公の場での映像付き発言のみを考慮するものとします。
